42 fans injured during Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa concert

42 fans were reportedly injured during a Snoop Dogg concert last night when a railing separating the crowd and the stage collapsed. A video taken from backstage behind Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa shows the railing giving way and dozens of fans falling into a concrete pit between where the railing was and the edge of the stage.

The 3-foot railing at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, NJ could not hold against the surge of the crowd as Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa started their next set. 42 concertgoers were sent to five different local hospitals via ambulance. Luckily, most of them only suffered from minor injuries.

The video also shows security detail jumping into action to remove Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa, who look moderately unfazed by the collapse, from the stage. However, both artists have posted to Twitter wishing those who were injured a speedy recovery.

A fan in the crowd caught another video of the rail as it collapsed. The video, which was posted to Twitter moments after the incident, has since gone viral. The official report says only 42 injuries were sustained during the collapse but this video taken from inside the crowd seems to show many more people falling into the pit.

While no one suffered critical injuries, the show did not go on. The concert was canceled almost instantaneously after the incident.
