E-40 & B-Legit Finally Drop Collab Album ‘Connected and Respected’

Today is the day! The Ambassador of the Bay Area and B-Legit have finally dropped their long-awaited collaborative album Connected and Respected. The 19-track opus marks either artist’s first project of 2018 (since E-40 is known to drop a series of albums in one year), which features the hit single Boy” (featuring P-Lo), and features from Bay Area up-and-comers and OG’s from Rexx Life Raj, JT the 4th, DecadeZ, and Stresmatic of The Federation.

We’re hella excited to listen to this album simply because 40 Water never disappoints. He’s on par with his features and always comes with something slappin’ in the trunk. Unc last dropped a double collaborative album with Too $hort in 2012 called History: Mobb Music and History: Function Music, which peaked the U.S. Rap charts at number 7 and 6, respectively. The last collaborative album he dropped with his Click-mate was Money & Muscle in 2001. Let’s hear what 40 and B-Legit came up with 17 years later:

Founder of The Lunch Table. Writer, DJ and Master of Ceremonies.
