Alienation is Kinda Cool with Jayda (Podcast Interview)

We can use the feeling of alienation in two ways. We can either isolate ourselves completely, or we can utilize our differences to stand out amongst copies. This singer from Korea who goes by Jayda started playing music since she was four years old, and she moved to Los Angeles by herself to pursue a career in contemporary music.

She felt alienated immediately following her landing, but she’s used it to her advantage. Her first single “Satellite” is reminiscent of Zenon: The Girl of the 21st Century, in which the video exhibits how alienation is advantageous in an interpersonal relationship.
